Our mission is to help our patients accomplish these goals in a comfortable, compassionate, and efficient way.

Chelsea Randall, DMD, Practice Owner
Dr. Chelsea Randall is originally from rural Midland, NC and has lived in North Carolina for most of her life. She attended NCSSM, UNC Chapel Hill, Boston University School of Dental Medicine, and also completed an optional 2 year residency with Carilion Virginia Tech in Roanoke, Virginia in order to gain advanced knowledge in surgical procedures and pediatrics. She spent a year living in Madrid, Spain where she tried many new delicious foods and picked up a lot of Spanish-speaking skills. She has worked primarily with pediatric patients for the past 8 years, including dental care under general anesthesia in the operating room at Asheville Surgery Center.
Levi Parrott, Front Office Manager
Levi grew up local to Western North Carolina and brings many years of experience in both dental operations and patient care. With a background spanning from clinical assisting, leadership, scheduling, and office management, he is passionate about creating a welcoming, organized, and stress-free experience for every patient. Outside of the office, Levi is also a business owner specializing in custom cabinetry finishing work, and creative design projects. He’s known for his attention to detail, calm personality, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. When he’s not at work, you’ll usually find him traveling with his best bud Bruno, or following his passion for gluten-free recipe creation.
Ashley Wingard, Dental Assistant
Ashley was raised in Haywood County. She started her dental career in a pediatric dental clinic as a sterilization technician, which transitioned into dental assisting. Ashley has a passion for learning and is excited to be back in the dental field after taking some time off to be a stay-at-home mom. She enjoys spending time with her family. Ashley has quite the green thumb and her favorite hobby is cultivating and tending to her many plants.
Kim Shuler, Dental Assistant
Kim completed an accredited Dental Assisting Program in 2024 and then started her dental career in a pediatric dental office as a sterilization technician, before transitioning into chairside dental assisting. Kim enjoys traveling, fishing, and has fun cooking and baking tasty recipes. Kim is a proud mother of one child, Adrian, and a fur mama to an American bulldog, and a cat named Kit Kat.
